PAYMENT METHODS
Customers living within the local trade area may come into American Factory Direct's store location and pay with a personal check. Our financing department can also assist you through Wells Fargo, American General and Citi Financial.
CHECK AND CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
If you wish to mail us a cashiers check or use a credit card, we require a deposit of ½ of the total purchase price of your order. THIS MUST BE DONE BY TELEPHONE. CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE AT 1-888-969-9499.
We will contact you for the remaining balance, before we can set your delivery date. All freight charges are billed separately and paid upon arrival of your furniture order to your home.

ACCEPTANCE:
Customer has three (3) days after the receipt of a sale order to contact American Factory Direct in writing, e-mail or registered mail with any concerns.
After three (3) days, the buyer will be bound by all of the terms, conditions and specifications of the sales order and contract.
ANY CHANGES AND/OR MODIFICATIONS TO A CONTRACT MUST BE IN WRITING AND APPROVED BY AN AFD MANAGER.
