Important Information for Pickup
At American Factory Direct, we value each and every one of our customers and strive to make your experience as seamless as possible. When you arrive at our facility for merchandise pickup, you become our priority!
- What to Bring:
- Your original sales order number.
- A photo ID.
- Prepare Your Vehicle:
- Please ensure your vehicle can accommodate your purchase.
- If you need furniture dimensions, our online sales team is happy to assist.
- Bring your own truck or trailer, along with tie-down straps or any necessary resources to secure your furniture.

Customer Responsibility:
- For insurance purposes, our staff will assist with loading your items but cannot help secure them. Securing your merchandise safely is the customer’s responsibility.
- Before leaving the warehouse, ensure your load is secure. Once the merchandise leaves the American Factory Direct loading dock, the safety of your load becomes your liability.

- Some furniture picked up from the warehouse may require assembly. If you’re unsure, our online sales team can confirm this for you in advance.
