I shop at this store often. I cannot say enough good things about the service. From the salesmen to the delivery driver everyone was completely professional and happy to answer questions. We have several pieces and all have held up well. They offer a variety of styles, so it is easy to find something that fits in our home. And the outlet store is an added bonus. We gave a slipcover sofa that is super easy to clean. We also bought a desk that was a floor model that wa in perfect condition. The price was a steal! I am looking forward to purchasing some new nightstands from this store. In a world of online shopping, I prefer to put my hands on furniture and make sure what I am getting is top quality. I would definitely recommend AFD!

This was my first experience with American Factory Direct and I was very pleased. Peter greeted me when I came in and was very polite and helpful. I found the sofa I wanted and he worked to be sure I was able to get the best deal!! I
later contacted him about purchasing three more decorative pillows and he was very helpful and prompt in locating them at another location for me. Excellent service!! Thank you!
